This is Weiti Zumba, she is a big mare at 16.2hh and is 5yrs old (just) by Watchamacallit LS (Watchman xx out of Denise LS by Distelfink) out of Claudia. Zumba was broken in as a 3yr old, she was an easy going, straight forward break in with no dirt or quirks. She was hacked out on the farm, hot shod, trucked and generally well educated during her break in.
We have always intended to keep her as a broodmare to replace her dam who has produced many class showjumpers for us. However we are scaling back our broodmare herd a bit this coming season as its grown to much lately! And when Zumba scanned empty after her holiday with the stallion we decided she was realistically to flash and nice natured to be having babies before a riding career anyway. A definite waste of a top quality horse, so a blessing in disguise that she was empty.
So here she is, this is her literally straight out of the back paddock, no rug, no feed, no work. You’d be pushed to find a more naturally athletic type of horse, she is stunning.
Zumba is a good natured, friendly horse, enjoys people and is nice to deal with. A no nonsense type. She has not been ridden since her breaking in and brief riding away. She will no doubt be a breeze to bring back into riding work and is more than ready to crack on with, into her education and career.
Bred to JUMP, she moves very nicely, big open, up hill trot and canter, straight. No marks, blemishes, bumps or faults, good feet, she’s a picture of health and quality.
Solely because I am pushed for time and she is out of work I am offering her very briefly at an extremely trim price for a truly top level prospect.
I will be getting her into work as soon as time allows and she will be off the market again then until she’s out jumping next season so if your keen for a superstar at a dirt cheap price, get in there!
