Red is a super cool mare, She ain’t the prettiest pony but with stellar breeding and strong, compact conformation all round she is quite a catch.
Great jump, super style and no spook.. had her first outing out hunting with Waitemata hunt, flew over the spars and was really well behaved.
We have decided to breed from Red this year, she is in foal to Handy Andy . And breed she did! Having had 4 impressive foals for us, we are offering Red for sale, due to downsizing our broodmare herd. She has produced 2 magnificent Holstein types by Kingswood and a red roan and a skewbald by Handy Andy. She is in foal to Andy now, due early next season. This mare is a dream broodmare, easy to get in foal and a perfect mother. For someone looking to produce VERY BIG progeny.
