Weiti Fiesta

Exceptional 8yr old bay mare

by Corland VDL colt out of an Indoctro VDL mare, Standing 17.0hh with a touch to grow

Fifi is an outstanding young horse, probably the best I have ever sat on for temperament and ability. She is a hugely scopey, careful jumping horse and has the most trainable, kind and easy temperament you could wish for.

Fi has had a light seasons jumping as a 5yr old, jumping at about seven shows around the north island, she did not have a single fault, jumping around 1.05-10m with confidence and literally never touching a rail. I have nursed her height wise due to her vast and immature frame and tendency to over jump. This season she has stepped up to jumping 1.15-20m classes with ease.

Fifi is a very kind, easy ride. Never has there been a horse more willing to please and boy does she please! She is a joy on the flat, fantastic in all paces and established in her laterals and flying changes. Had a couple of lessons with Bill Noble who felt she was wasted on show jumping!

Easy and quiet to hack out over the station, fabulous to take away to shows, good to shoe etc. A bit head shy around the ears and has to be wormed in her feed as she HATES it, why upset her 😉

Weiti Fiesta jumping a nice clear round in the 6yr old young horse class and picking up a style prize.
Weiti Fiesta (Ngahiwi Oneye/Indoctro) who was back to her old sillyness on Saturday (Woodhill Sept ’17), over jumping a fair bit! But was nice and quiet in her class yesterday, relaxing into it. She is such a lovely big girl, very genuine to be so careful and looky but never say no (mind you I have nursed her!). Excited to see her move up this season. She jumped double clear and placed both days.
