Talented 16.0hh 6yr old mare by Telesun out of a Carbine II mare.

Boomin’ Granny as she has been lovingly dubbed by our stable staff is the coolest mare! She was the sacrificial lot 1 at Bruce Holdens sale, however she has turned out to be one of the best of a brilliant bunch!

Though still a bit green Granny is an extremely fast  learner, bold and intelligent approach to her work.

Gran has alot of personality! Though she is completely dirt free she certainly knows how to keep you on your toes, she just likes to throw her weight around for a laugh! Gran requires a patient rider with good balance and a sence of humour, no beginners.

Good mover, Lot’s of power and scope. Nice on the flat but has a bit of a dish. Granny has naturally lovely head carriage and there’s alot of grunt coming from behind the saddle.

Gran may look like a bull dozer but she is style and grace over a fence! She has that notorious Telesun technique, Super tidy and careful with AMAZING scope.

Gran has strong, powerful conformation that will surely see her a long, sound career. Great topline, well built up. Not the prettiest gal in the pageant but a serious athlete.

Had a few 5yr old starts last season inc 3*. Gran then had a bit of back trouble after a fall and had some time off (she has been fixed, rested, recovered and rechecked and is perfecto now so has just been getting her groove back, did a couple of hunts in the winter and has jumped clear 1.10m this season. Ready to rock on now, going to the Classic this Dec.

Could very seriously go all the way as a showjumper. I have a major love affair with this ugly horse.
